Why we use it

We use it to contact you about a business offering that is relevant to your professional role. We do not use it for any other purpose.

We do not sell or share your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We disclose it only to the service providers listed below, who process it on our behalf and under contract.

• Supabase Inc. (EU region, Frankfurt) — database and file storage
• Microsoft Corp. (USA) — Microsoft 365 / Graph API, sending and receiving email
• Inngest Inc. (USA) — background job execution
• Anthropic PBC (USA) — AI company research (company domain and region only, no personal data)
• Resend Inc. (USA) — transactional system notifications
• Sentry / Functional Software Inc. (USA) — error tracking

How long we keep it

We keep your business contact details while we have a legitimate reason to contact you, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact. If you opt out, we retain a hashed form of your email address on a suppression list for the sole purpose of never contacting you again.
